UHF Tag Duplication Instructions

Follow these steps to duplicate your compatible UHF parking tag using the reader and replacement tag included with your order.

Important: These instructions are for UHF tags only. If your tag is not a UHF tag, please return to the correct product page for your key fob or card type.

System Requirements

A computer is required to use the UHF reader. Phones and tablets are not supported.

Operating System	Requirement
Windows (AMD64 / x64)	Most Windows computers with Intel or AMD processors
Windows (ARM64)	Windows computers with ARM-based processors such as Snapdragon
macOS (Intel / AMD64)	Older Intel-based Mac computers
macOS (Apple Silicon / ARM64)	Mac computers with M1, M2, M3, or M4 chips
Linux / UNIX-like	Supported with additional setup, but Windows or Mac is recommended for easiest use

Mac purchased in 2020 or earlier:
Download: macOS Intel / AMD64 Version
Mac purchased in 2021 or later:

Still not sure which version to download?
Most standard Windows laptops and desktops use AMD64. Most newer Macs with M1, M2, M3, or M4 chips use ARM64. If you need help, email us at support@sumokey.com.

Duplication Instructions

Plug the reader into your computer and open the application.
Keep all other UHF tags at least 5 feet away from the reader.
Log in using the numeric credentials provided by our support team at support@sumokey.com.

Note: If you haven’t received your login credentials, please reach out to our support team at support@sumokey.com. For security purposes, credentials expire after 7 days, so be sure to use them promptly.
Place your original tag on the reader and click Read.
Remove the original tag from the reader. Make sure any other tags are at least 5 feet away, then place the new tag on the reader.
Click Write to duplicate the tag.
Test your new tag.

macOS Sequoia (macOS 15) and Above: App Opening Instructions

Our application is plug-and-play and does not require installation. However, starting with macOS Sequoia (macOS 15), Apple may block the app from opening normally.

macOS cannot open app warning

If that happens, please open the app through the Terminal app by following these steps:

Open the Terminal app from Launchpad.
Type cd Downloads and press Enter.
Then type ./OkCloner and press Enter.
The application should then launch.
