30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Items purchased from our website can be returned for a full refund within 30 days from the day the items are received for ANY reason. The request must be made within 30 days of receiving the order. (No refund will be issued after 30 days.)

The Express Shipping/Priority Delivery upgrade charge is non-refundable once your order is shipped.

We will pay for return shipping if there's an error caused by Sumokey, such as a defective item, damaged item, or if we sent the wrong item.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping if the return reason is not due to our error.

Please contact us to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) before sending anything back. Items returned without an RMA will not be refunded.

No returns will be accepted for clearance products.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically notified via email and refunded to your original payment method after 2-5 days. Please note it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund outside of our control.
1-Year Warranty
All Sumokey products sold — i.e., key fobs, aftermarket key fobs/cards/stickers, remotes, cloned key fobs, and cloned remotes — are backed by a 1-year warranty. We will replace or repair your key fobs or remotes if they stop working (contact us first and send in your defective item).

We do not offer a warranty for non-Sumokey products such as OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) remotes or key fobs. Please contact the manufacturer for those claims.

No warranty is provided for clearance products.

No warranty is offered if your property management deactivates your original key fob or remote.

Physical damage caused by the customer is not covered by this warranty.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will work quickly to resolve the issue and ensure a great customer experience.
Shipping Policy
Same-Day Shipping Guarantee
All Express Air orders placed by noon EST will ship out the same business day from Chicago, Wisconsin, Arizona, or Calgary. Orders placed after this time will ship the next business day.
Ground orders (USPS and Canada Post) will be fulfilled the next business day or same-day on best effort.
For bulk orders, rare delays may occur; we will notify you via email or phone.
Express Air Shipping
We always aim to get your package to you the next business day using the fastest available method. However, courier delays are outside our control.

Express shipping is non-refundable once the order is shipped.

USA orders ship via UPS Air, Fedex or DHL Express.

Canadian orders ship via UPS Air, Purolator Air or FedEx Air.

If you're within a 2-business-day range, we may use ground service.

Weekend and holiday delivery is not guaranteed.
Note: During holidays, couriers experience delays. We do not refund express shipping charges due to such delays.
Lost or Damaged Items
If items purchased or rented from Sumokey are lost or damaged, we will send a free replacement. (We may ask for photo proof to file a claim.)
Important: If you're mailing in original key fobs for duplication, we hold no liability for loss or damage. If this concerns you, please rent equipment from us instead.

No Tolerance Policy
Sumokey is committed to a respectful environment for both customers and employees.
Chargeback Policy
If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, your account will be suspended and we will never work with you again. We resolve over 99% of issues through open communication. Chargebacks harm sellers and are often avoidable.
Abusive Behavior
We do not tolerate harassment, threats, or discriminatory behavior toward staff or customers.
Fraudulent Activities
Using stolen credit cards, providing false information, or attempting to scam us or our customers will result in account suspension and possible legal action.
We reserve the right to cancel orders, suspend accounts, or take legal action against violators.
